I just don't know how the hell are they going to get those numbers by 2022? I'm not saying the numbers are impossible, but I'm just kinda curious about it.
It's the govt, they have the resources to make it happen. Question is if those 20k upcoming blockchain professionals can actually be considered "experts" with just a few years of training (?)
Also, quantity doesn't mean quality, so I don't understand why exactly they're mentioning an specific number of upcoming "experts". Honestly, this whole news sounds like nothing but pure "sensationalism" and blatant PR for the state of Kerala (:
