Depends. If it's cooked then no. But when I eat raw meat I get wild, instincts kick in. Perhaps it's physiological, getting pumped up because I'm eating an animal raw.

Even if you do it won't change anything scientifically maybe you will get sick due to the micro organisms on that meat but no aggression.
Its only happen in zombie movies.
So long as the meat is fresh you won't get killed. No micro organisms to make you sick. Like fresh fruits, but fresh meat.
