Fair play that the state which is taking this initiative is Kerala (most literate state in the country) and it comes as no surprise that people there are actually very keen on learning more about blockchain technologies.
Do you think it signals the "much-needed" faith that the Indian state or government would finally "change their hearts" about their negative views on Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies?
This is the main conundrum here, the government is not budging over its stance on cryptocurrency and it seems very likely to be this way until they're made to open their eyes and look at the positives of 21st century technology. I still don't think these trainees will even go anywhere near causing a change in hearts.
