Everybody knew Dallas would be better thanks to Doncic and KP because lets face it they couldn't get any worse anyway so last year they got a bit better but this year with KP coming back we expected them to be much better, however nobody expected them to be 3rd in west so far, maybe at early days thanks to good schedule and all but now we are over 25 games into season and they are still third, with Doncic missing they might drop a few but playoffs are basically guaranteed for them.
Luka Doncic's injury isn't that serious and from the latest news I have seen he will be ready to get back on court after Christmas which is only 4 games. About Dallas being the 3rd seed this early on the season I don't see no surprised their especially when you think about the whole NBA having a major rebalancing when it comes to superstars going to other teams basically you won't see a big three anymore but all teams are now built with dynamic duos where a team like Dallas have a good chance of winning on most of their games especially when they have Doncic averaging almost a triple-double per game.
