thanks to all You should not ask for suggestion in investment, especially in crypto market where most of the projects is only for "pump&dump" purpose. Besides, you better forget about IEO/ICO since it is only a short-term trend, IEO is dead recently , ICO was dead for a long time. Instead of finding advise, you should learn more about potential coins no matter it is from ICO, IEO or old coins and HOLD through this bad period. I think this time is also the best time to accumulate coins that have big potential in the future since all of them seemingly are at the bottom.
