I would say that if BTC hits 100k than alts will also explode. People would stop investing in BTC and look for alternatives like NWC, SNX, MArgiX, NEO etc..

I'm sure a few people will take whatever profits they make and invest in other coins. However, the majority of people will be investing in just Bitcoin. Just the news stations reporting that Bitcoin has hit a new all time high of $100,000 will probably bring in thousands of new people who have never even heard of Bitcoin or crypto. It will be all about Bitcoin if it were to hit $100k. Alts will go up a bit, but Bitcoin will remain king and it's all people will be talking about.
