What else will the right time buy altcoin? All coins are almost in red for months. You can buy even with close eye (just kidding, dont do that).
I know despite down in price no one will invest right now and everyone will wait for the next bull run to buy coins when their prices will be sky-high. Thats how crypto trading is going on, people buy high and sell in low.
The price of bitcoin is going down again and while I hope that this is a temporary correction this could indicate that this is not the right moment to buy any coin and that it is better to wait, otherwise you could buy a coin for a price that you think it's good only to find out later that you were wrong and that you have to hold your coins for years in order to see any profits and that is a situation in which most people do not want to find themselves because it is really difficult to hold your coins in those circumstances.
I think we are heading to this low bottom consolidation range 6.4, possibly even 5.8, after that we will see some upside in the first few months of 2020
