I'm pretty sure I just got scammed, I went to the chat linked in this thread and told me to pay via a link and now he says he didn't receive it...
I hope you didn't paid through crypto, if you paid via pp you can try charging back
I asked few days ago OP to sell him btc but via escrow
He simply refused it
