I understand your excitement for earning some amount of money in the market but nine dollars is too low to make anything with it, even if this market is famous for allowing people to trade with a very low amount of money nine dollars is not enough to begin your journey, even if you were to invest those nine dollars in an ico and somehow that ico grew 100 times you will only obtain 900 dollars and that is not a lot of money.
