Damn! your negativity exude you, where did you read about ico? so far all i have read both in there white paper and telegram group chat it has always been ieo and that they are in negotiation with some exchanges, it is really funny how you can make such conclusion without reading properly, i bet you didn't even read about the project and what it entails, or who they partner with?
