Anything is worth something if someone else is willing to pay for it. Currently on OTC Chanel on discord there are buy offers 50-100 sat per DNA. So it is worth something.

Enigma was worth 600 million $ in January 2018. This project was before testnet than! Enigma launched testnet in Jun 2018. There were dozens of projects in testnet phase that was worth more than 100 Million $.
IOST, IOTX, ZIL, THETA, ENIGMA, QLC, AE - those are only few coins out of dozens that was listed on binance, priced 60M $ - 1,2B $ while still being in testnet.
