when i read this thread i was a little worried, but finally after 2 weeks of grind, i withdraw 6 eth without problem, it took about 26 hours.
initially I made the first deposit of 1 eth ( they have double it) and I play on the pot limit omaha table . I must admit that I was lucky.
I hope to make another withdrawal in the future, in case of improper blocking of funds I would not fail to notify the community, but for the moment I have nothing to say.
the app needs to be improved for better playability and readability

Thanks for the message. We apologise the withdrawal was two hours late and will work on improvements. At the moment we process all withdrawal requests once per day for security purposes. Recently we had numerous server upgrades and improvements in our Android App which caused the delay. Consider playing on our Windows or Web Client for the best experience as our Android App is still new.
