I don't think people use dating sites nowadays, they use dating apps. And is hard to accept bitcoins in an app because you have to run a full node and configure the RPC calls. It is something complex. Another option is to use an API like Bitpay, but you have to trust on a 3rd party and let them manage the founds. So, i don't recomend it at all.
