It must be their copy of your wallet.aes.json, you can contact their support like others with same problem did, they'll fix it.
But if you wan't to stick with Electrum, create a new wallet with a new SEED.
Blockchain.com may say that they have no access to your unencrypted SEED/prv keys, but it's still better to use Electrum's native SEED.
