I think fighting against Libra is really a bull shit. This business is sure to make the US GDP growth very high in the coming years because it has a large market and the US economy will recover most quickly after the Chinese taxes.
this prohibition will certainly create opportunities for China to carry out a similar project and dominate the market. I think this is a mistake by the US government.
I don't think so negatively like you. Look into the distant future. presidents and parliamentarians all know that letting Libra be established is certain that the flow of money in the United States will increase and the GDP will increase as many people respond positively to this new project. But do you think that when Libra was too big and it was completely out of control, what would be the result? You certainly wouldn't want to see a series of American businesses laundering money through Facebook's Libra coin because the transactions are unregulated. then the US economy certainly had very bad effects.

Hey everyone.
Yesterday I've read an article about European countries opinion on Facebook's Libra. There are a lot of negative statements about it. (Not without Trump's tweets, of course).
What's interesting - there were no official responce from Libra yet. But they still planning to launch it in 2020.

My question is - will launching Libra change the statement 'cryptocurrency is not money' in better way or it'll make worse?
If Libra were truly launched, they would rock the crypto world, but the crypto market will surely have a huge cash flow flowing into the coins. but the consequences that it will leave will be very terrible. Does anyone here think facebook plans to do Libra for money laundering?
I think this idea is quite reasonable because Facebook has to pay a lot of taxes to the government every year. This will be a move that shows the shady side of Facebook and I disagree with letting Libra be founded easily.
