I think Daily Trading is more convenient. Because trading daily can make some profit. But if trading long term, you will have to wait a long time to make a profit. So Daily Trading is much better than waiting. I do some trading every day. And trading daily will increase the experience. But Trading too many times a day can cause a lot of losing money. So you have to be careful trading daily.

if capital and strategy can be connected to each other consistently, 5% daily target can be easily achieved manually, but daily trading also erodes a lot of emotion if the price drops unexpectedly.

anxiety will double because it only focuses on hourly charts and even lower. the advantage of having direct experience as you wrote is very true, I personally can also communicate directly with fellow traders to determine what can be done next.
