For recover your coins from mobile wallet:Go to https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ and in the field BIP39 Mnemonic type your phrase, then in the list choose DASH coin, and remember your private key.
In the wallet Core KZCash in the console, import your private key with the following command:
importprivkey your private key
Could you clarify the situation with the coin, in what condition, what are your plans?
I don't think they have anymore plans. Their website is already down. Seems that the devs already got their money out of this project.
