Before closing the year 2019, I wanted to make a bar chart to see the hacked by year, this week in Jameson Loop showed a list of hacked exchanges and I am contrasting it with mine, but in that same tweet there is a comment from a participant (bitmex) pointing to a bitcointalk link: (I thought it was my thread, but no... )

A very complete thread with a lot of information and follow-up analysis of each exchange, but the OP seems not to have been connected for a long time, if this thread were updated it would be a reference for the forum.
Anyway, I will put a link to that thread because there is important data.

After quickly comparing the data found and mine, the graph goes something like this, the data is quite ugly.
There are included, scams, theft and lost or stolen exchanges.



I hope to finish it these days and when I close the year I will publish it in my thread.
