Hindi na-implement yan. We were currently discussing on changing the rules at that time when they suddenly just posted that. I pointed out na kailangan mag post ng reports ng mga participants for transparency.
So yeah, they may have said that but the guidelines of the campaign still stands. Everyone needs to post their reports.
