I think if you really believe it, buy and hold and know the risk first is important. But for me bitcoin still worth to buy in this level of price, although halving maybe not really change bitcoin price, sometime other condition can attract people to buy bitcoin and make it's price increased. But for me, either price move when halving come or not, we should make fast decision after it come/
