Invest if you think you have to ... but not because of some gossips about institutions in BTC...
Investing in bitcoin is risky because it was volatile amd you dont know when it will pump and dump.  We arent sure about gossip because it dont have proof.  I suggest you better invest when the value of bitcoin is low.  For me that was the perfecr time because when it pump surely you can get benefit from it but you just have to wait for it. 

For sure we are all aware of that the crypto is too risky, so it is up to us if we take it on our mind, or we just take risk and not ready for the consequence of it  and that we are after the profit that we can make and didn't consider the worst possible thing that can happen too, so investing in Bitcoin is not a mistake, but its your mistake for not being too vigilant.
