Everyone is allowed to trade Bitcoin, but since you're still a newbie I will advise you that you should not go day trading, that's not an easy work and even if you decide to go for it you will have to learn it first and practice with a little amount and see how it goes before throwing in big money. But, expecting your buying prices around $5k just showing your greediness. Everyone wants cheaper prices but only people who opted to buy bitcoins some 7 to 9 years back, go the real opportunity.

As for now, what you have to do is go for the long term. This long term trading also requires doing some technical analysis to understand where the price is likely to be heading to in the next few months or so, and after you have discovered that, you then invest and hold till it goes up.
