The biggest question is, What makes Bitcoin a Bitcoin?

If your indicator/reason is "Original Bitcoin" by Satoshi in 2009, then Bitcoin has stopped being Bitcoin after various client and network updates (e.g. P2SH and 1MB block size limit)
