OK, I just got off the phone with DHL and they located my shipment and provided me with my tracking number. They informed me that my package was shipped on the 22nd but was not updated until this morning which is why when I spoke with DHL previously, they could not locate it.  Since I did not hear from jack or angela, I was starting to panic but it looks like everything is in order and I will receive later this week. The lack of communication and delays were frustrating but as long as I get a working LA6M I will be satisfied.
