What is this mini IPL, is this a tournament for U21 or much younger players or is it about women's cricket, it would be fun if they can create the same level of tournament for Women as there are some talented women's cricketers who can hit the ball a long way but the level of play will not be that great but it has a level on its own and if the India board is able to create one then it could be a game changer for women's cricket.
