I think they are not in the exchange yet but they have their own app which is in beta and you can see the equivalent number of TMV to Eth.

I don't know if you can already sell your TMV to eth on their platform.
As of now, the total supply is very low because of how their business model works.

Many users don't know exactly how they work but reading their wp is a good start to understand their concept.
