I need help. Is anyone familiar with
www.bitcoin.com? . I purchased bitcoin on their mobile app(i have ios 13), I can see the bitcoin on the website via link they sent me but It never appeared on the app. I have contacted the support team but ultimaly are unable to help or do anything.

Check whether your mobile app is updated. If the app is not updated it will not show up there. The link that they sent you was it the Blockchain link?
