I expect that Bitcoin price will recover during the halving event. I am not confident that it will break the current ATH but there is always a possibility. If Bitcoin breaks ATH probably it will go as high as $25k and if not probably around $17k until a really good development come and it will record another ATH.
My expectation about the price recovery in the aftermath of the halving is on the positive note as you rightly said however i am very optimistic that the price would break the last ATH and setting a new higher high price mark which might be above your predicted price however price correction would follows the price after it had pumped thus opportunity to sell at ATH.
