To comb all the partners for a very long time, I can tell you that these are mainly companies from Western Europe (both private and state structures).

All of them are government structures from Ukraine. USTC, Socar, Odessa International Airport, Westeuro Telecom, State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine and a lot of others. It is necessary to live in Ukraine to know all these organisation.
