pools having issues with payouts due to the minting.. its being sorted out.. im impatient for my coins just as much as everyone else.. eh maybe little more than some..lolol.. I got a 0 Balance in My Wallet.. and I hate 0's.... but it'll be sorted out..

What does this minting mean? explain like a i'm retard please
A block/coin you mine isn't added/spendable in your wallet until 520 more blocks are found by the network. This is a somewhat high number, most coins default to 120, some much lower. BTC/LTC are both 120 for example. So a pool doesn't have the coins in its wallet to send to miners until 520 more blocks have been found on the network, hence delays in payouts.
