Hi guys,

Fairly new to the whole crypto currency thing and have so far enjoyed using this exchange however, today these orders were placed:

Buy   Mon Feb 24 11:41:09   1044.0089437 MINT   0.00000058   0%   0.00060553 BTC
Buy   Mon Feb 24 11:41:07   195464.39220383 MINT   0.00000058   0%   0.11336935 BTC
Buy   Mon Feb 24 11:41:07   32356.2284018 MINT   0.00000058   0%   0.01876661 BTC
Buy   Mon Feb 24 11:41:06   150497.79105678 MINT   0.00000058   0%   0.08728872 BTC
Buy   Mon Feb 24 11:40:23   13654.38168895 MINT   0.00000058   0%   0.00791954 BTC

Now I was on the site at the time and it was running extremely slowly  but there is no way I placed those orders!

4 of them were placed within 0.02 seconds with different amounts!!!! WTF!!!

Is my account compromised, do you guys have a bug in the system?Huh?

If you could look into what's happened and let me know that would be greatly appreciated!

The main reason for this is that you clicked buy button more than once, but sometimes it does not buy with the prices you wrote down when the site is very slow.
You should be very slow and patient too. I suggest to those, do not buy when the site is very slow, wait for the speedy come back.

Ps: Markets are paused for maintenance now.

Very amateurish, clicking the button now tells me the markets are down for maintenance, so are my exchanges going through!?!?  AND WHY DO THEY NOT MAKE IT OBVIOUS ON THEIR HOME PAGE THAT THEY ARE DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE. ESPECIALLY AFTER YESTERDAY!!

These guys repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

I sorry but I cant leave money here any more, sigh. Mintpal here I come!

They are still in beta phase. I think it is very normal to have this kind of things since they are getting very popular everyday.
I think the quality is great and getting better everyday. The downtime will be much shorter after a while but just give them sometime.

I can say that they are one of the best exchange over the internet, and they will be the most famous one soon.
Thank you coinmarket.

Hi, I am new to this and have little experience however, I find it hard to believe that it is common for a exchange to arbitrarily create buy orders equaling approximately £100 when the site is 'running slow'. I did click the button 'once or twice' but only for tiny amounts literally, 0.01 bitcoin.

The worst part is that it created these buy orders when the coin reached its peak value, halving almost immediately! It placed all I had into Mint when it was at 60! What if I have several bitcoin in my wallet!

I know losing £50 to a software bug is collateral damage to most of you but I'm a student and that's half the investment I can afford right now! It sucks!

I am new to this, and have enjoyed playing with crypto currencies since the big doge push in december. Please tell me this type of incident is not common place otherwise I'm gonna stick to the pitiful 0.1% interest of our great banks! :-(
