Halving can make thins go to higher levels but I doubt the bear market will continue further. The end of the bear market is near, it is matter of time to see a bull market. The crypto investors will surely invest more if the bear market ends in the next years.
Halving can, as long as it can bring FOMO to the bitcoin and the whole of cryptocurrency market. when the halving come and there will be so many bad news in the market and the trend will be automatically turned into the bearish trend.
The bear market can come anytime and we can't even say if the end of bear market is near us. Just try to remind you last year so many people have been saying if this year the bearish market already ended but the fact that happening right now the bearish market is still going on even with so many FOMO news that comes from the crypto development.
I don't think there's going to be much bad news. I think with the halving coming and the news reporting that Bitcoin is up 100% this year, we are likely to see a lot more money coming into the market. I don't see how there could be much bad news with the price going up this year. But, I can promise you that whenever people hear 100% year to date, they will invest in crypto whether they have heard of it before or not.
