Good news from the Russian legislator for the REOSC Ecosystem project

As you know, since May 2018, the Russian legislature has been preparing for second reading the law on digital financial assets. In today's version of the bill, it is assumed that individual entrepreneurs and legal entities of the Russian Federation will be able to initiate the release of cryptocurrencies under Russian law. This will allow young business projects in Russia to attract international funding through the cryptocurrency industry legally. In return, international crypto investors will receive cryptocurrency as the right to own the future profits of Russian startups. For our project, this is very good news...
