I have accounts on almost all exchanges on this list. Presence on each of them is a success, and the first 10 on the list are a great success.
My small suggestion check out of the list, crex.24. They are very well liked and cheap. The best of cheap exchanges. You can always use it as an additional exchange and hitbtc and the rest as main exchanges.

Crex24 agrees, but only as an additional exchange. Major exchanges only from your list.

Crex actually is a good exchange to start with if you can't afford those bigger exchanges for the time being. Build volume first and once you are capable to be listed in bigger and reputable one, it would be easier for you to get traders.
Yes what you say I agree, they must build their trading volume to be bigger than before and expand the KyrptoFranz project network so that community support can increase, this will be a way to facilitate entering a better market
