What kind of Business do you know? Some will advise you to run a casino or sports betting site or maybe run an exchange but question is do you how to run those because if not, don't even try because there's a high chance that you will fail. Put that BTC in a business that you know. If you wan't to be safe, with that amount of money, you can buy a franchise of a known fast food chain and money will come to you.

By the way, the idea of a franchise is the safest investment of 60 Bitcoins among all the above options. I like buying a franchise, it does not require as much knowledge as, for example, to open your exchange
