1- Are you a daily trader? who buy BTC at loew price and sell it with higher price at the end of the day, If no why?
2- Are you a BTC holder? who bought BTC and hold it for months, Years to be in profit?

Im not a daily trader because I cant stand the pressure that you have to be on time and alert monitoring the market or else you might miss the right timing to buy or sell.
I prefer to be a long term hodler and been doing this for years already. I have a set target on when to sell then will buy back when the price is in dip. Less stress and headaches for me because I dont need to check often the status of the market.
In the end it depends on our strategy and what we think is the best for us to make profit. But its better to experience become a day trader and a long term holder to see what suits you.
