I have come across affiliation with GoMiner and ICObench, and not just for the general token listing report.

I have suspicion that these two sites are covert affiliates.
ICOmarks, ICObench , ICOholder

I haven't done this test yet, but I feel that the data on all sites share the same API.
Matching MX records are present and there is a characteristic unique to Russian based sites that I won't disclose here, but is a dead giveaway when doing forensics.
