It would be great to see such machines but I doubt any company will start manufacturing them anytime soon because of the small number of customers using bitcoin. Besides, the lightning network is still under development (testing stages) and using it requires some technical knowledge.
As cryptocurrency and bitcoin become more popular in each country, manufacturers will become also interest in making atm machines that provide crypto specially with bitcoin. That will happen if the development under lightning networs will be done successfully. Let us see how vast that crypto will arrive soon.
