Now my honest opinion is, why programmer publish his work with any third party author?
When he himself can publish his own site at nominal fees or can even use free services for hosting, like Blogger, WordPress, etc.Exactly, if he is publishing the programming articles with his own name or without original owner name then its useless to submit your work on this site. As there are numerous options available where one can publish his article with his own name and that too for free like Linkedin.

LinkedIn is for everything, I am specifically focusing on programming and coding.
