The plan is all set to release the coin next year, but who knows how facebook is planning to ease out the regulatory hurdles and they have the power to influence the people at the right places and if they are able to do that is to be seen and i hope they are moving forward with the project even with this much backlash, i am hoping they will push through and open the market for the rest of the private companies and we will have a swarm of new private centralized coins

Well they are becoming such big company not for nothing, if they already planned to release it in 2020 big chance it will happen despite all the backlash they received from the government.
