I bought a fixed rate rental at NH, and pointed it here (the latest found block).

I didn't face any issues.

The open market price at NH is too much hassle because it can vary a lot during the rental period.

yeah I also was not so keen on starting rental fully this year.

I will be moving some coin from the fools pool wallet today to nicehash.

Right now the order is using my donated coin.

I just sent the first 0.400 btc to nice hash

as always the send shifts more then the 0.400 sent a fee of 0.00003385 btc

and trezor moves some to a second address in the same wallet

if you look here the wallet has .85xxxx btc which is correct as I moved .4 btc to nicehash

when it confirms I will create some more rentals

I really always effort getting close to the right price which is around 0.0195 - 0.0200

Spending the rental may take some time.

I try as I recall sometimes it took 3 or 4 days to do a days worth of renting back in the day (2016)
