You indeed correct with what you said regarding this coin. For those who got interested by the high POS of this coin, please take note that the dev for DVRS is nowhere to be found (based on the last news that I read about him) and someone from the community already took over this project. I really don't know the exact information about the take-over but there's a high chance that they will fork this into another coin with new set of developers. So yeah, be very careful in investing money in projects like this. You may end up holding vapor coins that don't have any value at all.
