Have you created a scam accusation to them as based from your posts, over $5k is not small money to lose? If you will create a formal thread on this board, they might resolve your issues or at least give partial amount of your money -

Even the crap team behind ecex scam exchange didn't even quote a complaint that appears on this thread. Just try to believe if that will never be solved. It's the same as what already happened with the crap old exchange site just like idax.
My friend is getting stuck at this crap exchange site too.
