Exactly, some people will make mistakes on their own and look for who to blame for their mistakes, when the price was good he didn't sell rather he choose to hold for a more higher price, now that price has fall below he thinks he has been scammed, lots of project has also suffer price dump and nobody is crying of been scam because you already know the risk involved.
