So what's the status now of this Noictib account? I'm not sure I follow exactly what happened here. I get that you say he wanted to sell the account, but what happened with the login details? Who controls the account right now, the original owner or the alleged scammer?
I'm also not clear what it is Nanbaka actually did. You're saying he got the login details and did what, exactly? I can't read that screenshot for some reason. The link isn't working for me.
According to OP, his friend tried to sell his account and sent the details to the user being accused, who changed the accounts email and password, scamming OPs friend.
