Perhaps a feedback relationship.  I imagine people look into the coins that they see rising on the market cap websites.  When they discover that Huntercoin is a truly innovative project rather than a copy/paste coin they may invest, further boosting the price.

I also wrote a post about Huntercoin and my predictions for its near future value, which may have helped get the ball rolling.  It received a lot of views, which is great because the only thing Huntercoin is lacking is exposure.  Here is the post:
