How is this great news? In the current bear market the only thing this means is that all the already-dumped coins that were formerly "negatively capped" at 1 sat are now gonna be dumped even further to 1/10th of a satoshi. This includes especially masternode coins and unfortunately also BBP (unless we can pursuate people to buy-and-keep BBP).
