Luck depends or your luck depends on the situation. What I'm trying to say is that there's no specific time or timetable for luck. If it's your day, it's your day. But since it is a tradition here in my country that coins in the pocket or wearing polka dots can bring you luck when you celebrate New Year. But it doesn't guarantee that during the New Year you'll be lucky.  But if you know it's your lucky day, then you'll believe it. And I think it's going to happen when you strongly believe in something.
