as mentioned OP, last day to submit is 28th December, and also you already know this rule.
Previous day after seen the deadline 28th December I started making a video.

That's so much true I published it later cause I thought the campaign was closed, I didn't notice that time has been extended, but I made this video on proper time you can see my previous post.
but till now winner not has been published so I requested to review my work.
I didn't break any rules I requested to OP cause after my previous post He extend the campaign time I didn't notice that.
