Wasn't this supposed to be a feature back when the Proof of Giving (PoG) GSC was active? Now that PoG is gone, what is the relevant use case for the feature today?
It's not the GSC Tithe feature, but just a list of charities (downloaded from biblepay.org API) you can send tithes to (manually)
BTW, I just sent the iOS version to App Store, it will take like 24/48h to be approved.
